Geno McNeely From the Midwest to the east coast and across the south, Geno has cooked his way into many a heart. Geno graduated from Memphis Culinary School after being inspired at an early age to pursue cooking as a lifestyle and not just as a career. This came from his mother’s love of exploring new recipes for his family. The constant aromas of fresh ingredients was intoxicating and set Geno on his journey to being an award winning executive chef.
In 2006, Geno’s Fresh Catch Grill opened, a restaurant barring his name, his goals, and many carefully created and collected recipes. A menu was designed and is constantly changing to suit a wide range of tastes. Geno knows fresh taste best which includes fresh ingredients, prime beef and fish practically right off the boat, all teamed up to equal an outstanding menu sure to please.
Geno’s accomplishments with food go without saying once you have experienced the restaurant. His is inspiring to the food community with his talent and corisma. His three year old son, Wyatt, is following in his footsteps. When a toddler enjoys making a sauce in the kitchen more than finger-painting, you know that cooking in Geno’s family is in the genes.
From Geno’s family to the families of those who visit the restaurant, Geno wishes every meal to be an experience worth sharing.
